Practice Manager
Penny Ashbee is our Practice Manager and she oversees the
running of the practice.
Reception Staff
Not the dragons they are made out to be. They have the
tremendously difficult job of making sure you see, speak to, or
contact the member of the practice team you need to.
It is essential that we keep our records as up to date as
possible. Please inform us if you change your telephone contact
number or address. In order to do so they may need to ask you
for information of a personal nature but are bound by strict
rules of Confidentiality. They will respect your right not to
provide this information if you do not wish to do so.
Complaints Manager
Lynn Burt is responsible for ensuring that any complaints
received are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Practice Secretarial Team
Provide support to the doctors and manage referrals and requests
made under the Freedom of Information Act.
Pharmacist
Barrack Lane Medical Centre is not a dispensing practice but
works closely with local pharmacies to ensure that you receive
your prescriptions promptly.
Our in house pharmacist, Yinka Adeusi, works alongside the
doctors and nurses to optimise prescribing in the practice. |
