Health Care Professionals Attached to the Medical Centre

As well as the doctors, practice nurses and nurse practitioners, the team is made up of the following members:

Health Visitors
The Health Visitors are based at Chantry Clinic.
If you have any concerns regarding problems with your child’s behaviour, eating or sleeping patterns, toileting, speech or language development they can be contacted on 604204.

District Nurses
These are nurses that attend to people confined to their homes but need nursing care.
Our district nurse team are: Marcia Hayward, Gill Johnson and Rachael Williams

Counsellor
We have an in-house counsellor who sees patients on Monday and Tuesday mornings. Please see your doctor for a referral if appropriate.
