Non NHS Services

Not all services provided by the Practice are paid for under the National Health scheme and a charge is therefore made. These include:
 

	insurance forms
	holiday cancellation forms
	medical reports/examinations
	fitness to travel certificates
	private prescriptions
	vaccination services such as travel injections

Information concerning our fees is available from reception. All charges are in line with British Medical Association Guidelines.

Homeopathy and Hypnotherapy Services
The surgery also offers private consultations with a qualified homeopath and Hypnotherapist. Please ask the receptionist for details.
