Registering with the Practice

If you would like to register with this Practice please speak to a member of our reception team. You will need to complete a registration request form, after which we will arrange an appointment for you to be seen by our Practice Nurse for a new patient health check.

The practice does not discriminate on the grounds of race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation, appearance, disability or medical
condition.

All new patients are offered a check-up on joining the practice and this service is also offered to all patients between 16 and 75 who have not seen a doctor in the last three years.
