Repeat Prescriptions
You may request repeat prescriptions in the following ways:

Writing (enclosing a SAE
if you would like it posted back to you). Please tick
all items required on the computer slip attached to your
last prescription.

Please allow 48 hours for completion. Prescriptions are done
on Monday to Friday only. All prescriptions can be collected
after 2pm.
The message “Your next prescription will only be issued at an
appointment. Please make an appointment” indicates that your
doctor would like to review your medication and you will need to
make an appointment for that purpose.
Some local pharmacies operate a collection and delivery service,
please ask at reception.
