For telephone and personal enquiries the surgery hours for each location are:

Barrack Lane
Monday to Friday 8am - 6.30pm

Stoke Park
Monday 8am-6pm
Tuesday 8am-1pm & 2pm-6pm
Wednesday 8am-5pm
Thursday 8am-1pm & 2pm-6pm
Friday 8am-6pm

When the surgery is closed at weekends and on Bank Holidays telephone enquiries are automatically directed to an out-of-hours service operated by Suffolk Doctors on Call. In an emergency or if the matter is life threatening please dial 999 and request an ambulance.

When Stoke Park is closed many of your queries can be dealt with by Barrack Lane. If you telephone Stoke Park when they are closed your call will automatically be diverted through to Barrack Lane.
