The receptionist I've now spoken to twice in the past few weeks was friendly, patient and came up with a solution for my (maybe) non-standard queries.
I've had a really good experience with Dr. Waters, having asked for a menopause consultation. AND the surgery call-holding tune is less intrusive than most :)
