The Practice Secretarial and Administration Team Provide support to the doctors and manages referrals and requests made under the Freedom of Information Act. Responsibilities include the vital job of making sure accurate data is recorded on your electronic clinical record and booking your appointments to the hospital via the electronic e-referral system.
 

Care Navigators

Our Care Navigators are the lynchpins of our team. They have the tremendously difficult job of making sure you see, speak to, or contact the member of the practice team you need to. As we actually offer nearly 1000 appointments per week, they have to be incredibly efficient, especially as they also have to help you with prescriptions and test results.
